Private or small group Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy, Reiki and Sound Healing Meditation. In home, or Instructors location or location of choice. Instructor provides all supplies. Enjoy a private or semi-private guided yoga experience to relax or rejuvenate. Customized to suit your needs. Great for small parties such as bridal or birthday parties! 90-120 min.

Yoga Classes
Yogalates-
Light up your body and build deep core-strength with Yogalates. This gentle fusion of Yoga and Pilates, focuses on lengthening and strengthening your body from the center out. This sculpting workout strengthens muscle tone, improves flexibility, and increases endurance.
Thursdays-6-7pm
Family Time Yoga- OM your way into fitness as a family! Each week stretch, bend, and flip with your little yogi as you move through yoga poses inspired by things they love the most! Music, movement games and stories included each week!
Saturdays 9:30-10:30am
